ITAM Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, launch, and global scaling of an IT Peripheral Vending Program, including automated locker deployments.
• Define the end-to-end operational model, technology roadmap, and global deployment sequencing through 2027.
• Manage relationships with hardware vendors and third-party logistics providers, including contract negotiation and SLA governance.
• Develop peripheral catalogs, SKU governance processes, and replenishment triggers.
• Launch and own vending analytics dashboards to track machine utilization, demand planning, and inventory turnover.
• Coordinate systems integration between vending platforms, identity systems (SSO), ITSM platforms, and ITAM/CMDB systems.
• Author program playbooks, acceptable use policies, and data privacy frameworks (GDPR).

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in IT operations, ITAM, or supply chain.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or global hardware deployment programs.
• Hands-on experience with vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance governance.
• Experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Ability to interpret operational data and translate analytics into inventory and replenishment decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across IT, Workplace, Finance, and Procurement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing automated vending, locker, or self-service hardware programs in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with vendor-managed inventory (VMI) models, including consignment and pay-on-dispense.
• Experience with ITAM platforms such as ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, or Oomnitza.
• Working knowledge of SSO and identity platforms like Okta or Azure Active Directory.
• Exposure to MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• International program management experience, including awareness of customs and import/export compliance.
