About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain customer relationships through the phone
- Provide customers with product knowledge
- Effectively manage all inbound incidents, such as calls and emails
- Collect information from customers and solve technical problems
Requirements
- Native level Italian (speaking and writing)
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Experience in customer support and technology
- Good computer handling skills
- Excellent problem solving and research skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- EU passport required
