IT Workstation Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deploy workstations, tablets, and mobile equipment
• Configure software, accessories, network settings, MFA, and VPN
• Set up systems, office tools, and user peripherals
• Manage user access rights and permissions
• Resolve incidents via the ticketing management tool
• Monitor and manage IT hardware stock

Requirements

• Higher education in IT
• At least 5 years of experience in workstation support
• Clear and pedagogical communication skills
• Strong sense of service and reliability
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
