About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain IT operations for in-office and remote teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Take ownership of endpoint and device management using Intune, Jamf, MDM, and SSO platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, tracking, and secure decommissioning.
  • Own onboarding and offboarding device workflows in collaboration with People Ops and Security teams.
  • Maintain office AV equipment and conference room technology for daily use and special events.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase support efficiency.
  • Document IT processes, runbooks, and workflows to transition from reactive to proactive operations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Workplace teams on IT initiatives and policy alignment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT operations or workplace support with progression into systems ownership.
  • Proficiency with modern IT tools including MS Intune, Jamf, and Okta.
  • Well-versed in ITIL principles and experience with ITSM platforms like Jira or ServiceNow.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and Mac hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Solid working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Competence in managing AV and conference room technology.
  • Excellent documentation habits and the ability to write clear process guides.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to automation, scripting, or Infrastructure as Code (e.g., GitHub or Terraform).
  • Experience with Meraki Wireless Networks.
