About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain IT operations for in-office and remote teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Take ownership of endpoint and device management using Intune, Jamf, MDM, and SSO platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, tracking, and secure decommissioning.
- Own onboarding and offboarding device workflows in collaboration with People Ops and Security teams.
- Maintain office AV equipment and conference room technology for daily use and special events.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase support efficiency.
- Document IT processes, runbooks, and workflows to transition from reactive to proactive operations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Workplace teams on IT initiatives and policy alignment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT operations or workplace support with progression into systems ownership.
- Proficiency with modern IT tools including MS Intune, Jamf, and Okta.
- Well-versed in ITIL principles and experience with ITSM platforms like Jira or ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and Mac hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Solid working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Competence in managing AV and conference room technology.
- Excellent documentation habits and the ability to write clear process guides.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to automation, scripting, or Infrastructure as Code (e.g., GitHub or Terraform).
- Experience with Meraki Wireless Networks.
