Responsibilities
- Define and maintain IT workplace processes, including onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Handle support requests across hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up macOS laptops and ensure rollout of IT security policies, patch compliance, and access management
- Build automation to reduce manual work and improve IT operations efficiency
Requirements
- Finishing studies in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Foundational understanding of operating systems and networking
- Comfortable working in English
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or identity management tools is a plus
