IT User Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to users via remote and onsite methods
• Manage and resolve incidents and requests using ticketing tools
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and manage hardware movements
• Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing for PCs and laptops
• Manage Active Directory and create Virtual Machines and VPNs
• Configure Cisco routers and switches
• Coordinate hardware maintenance activities with external providers
• Support MacOS operating systems and utilize CRM systems like SAP or NetSuite

Requirements

• Degree in Systems, Communications, Networks, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support
• Must live within 1 hour of Los Reyes Acaquilpan, La Paz, Edo Mex
• Proficiency with Active Directory, VPN creation, and Virtual Machines
• Experience with Cisco router and switch configuration
• Ability to work Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 6:00 pm) with availability for occasional incidents outside these hours and occasional Saturdays
• Strong communication skills, proactivity, and a sense of urgency
