IT Transformation/IT Operation Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operational activities for the Luxembourg IT organization
• Shape and direct the delivery of the Luxembourg IT Change portfolio
• Lead a key managerial role in multi-year platform transformation and modernization initiatives
• Manage Capital and Operating expense financial budgets
• Oversee vendor management in compliance with regulatory and outsourcing requirements
• Drive IT talent development, organizational shaping, and talent management
• Define and implement modern, Agile ways of working and IT operating models
• Create and deliver management presentations for senior executive forums

Requirements

• Deep managerial experience within EU or Luxembourg regulated financial services
• Extensive IT experience across multiple domains, including Applications, Infrastructure, and Security
• Proven track record in platform modernizations and large-scale migrations
• Ability to map regulatory requirements (such as DORA) to platform delivery and oversight
• Experience managing significant teams and complex talent management responsibilities
• Proven ability to manage local platforms with a nexus to global platforms
• Experience overseeing platforms with stringent SLAs and diverse stakeholder communities
• Strong ability to structure complex topics into tangible deliveries and optimize spend
