Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and specialized mining equipment interfaces
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a high-demand environment
- Maintain network equipment including switches, access points, routers, and fiber/copper connections
- Support field equipment such as rugged tablets, PLC interfaces, fleet management hardware, and sensors
- Maintain accurate inventories of IT hardware and consumables
- Follow all minesite safety protocols and adhere to cybersecurity policies
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents, resolutions, and system performance
