IT Technician L2

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support to users across all departments
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
• Manage and resolve IT support tickets within SLA deadlines
• Ensure quick first-response support for production-impacting incidents
• Support network connectivity troubleshooting including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
• Support shop floor IT devices to ensure minimum downtime for production areas
• Monitor the status of IT systems, computers, printers, and network equipment
• Ensure compliance with Yazaki IT standards, security rules, and plant procedures

Requirements

• Bac +2 / Bac +3 diploma in IT, Computer Networks, Systems Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, network support, or industrial IT environment
• Knowledge of networking basics: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching
• Experience with network equipment such as switches, routers, access points, and firewalls
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic endpoint support
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies
• Ability to document technical actions and update network diagrams
• Proficiency in French and English
• Experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment is a strong plus
