Responsibilities

• Support Apple and Windows devices using Jira Service Desk
• Manage Zoom Communication services including Phone, Rooms, and Softphone
• Provide mobile support for iPhones and tablets
• Execute hardware refreshes and system imaging for Windows configurations
• Perform scripting and mass deployments for updates and security patching
• Document application functions, admin processes, and service status
• Resolve incoming tickets within SLA "Mean Time to Resolve" (MTTR) targets
• Escalate and follow up on support issues with vendors
• Collaborate with technical teams to document business rules and operating procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Experience in both macOS and Windows environments
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Active Directory
• Working knowledge of virtualization or VMWare
• Understanding of IT Service Management and the ITIL framework
• Knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software
• Ability to create effective documentation, SOPs, and FAQs
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Mosyle, JAMF, Intune, or Mas360
• Experience with Slack, One Log In, or Trend Micro
• System administration in Linux or Microsoft environments
• Audio Video skills including projection, recording, and editing
