IT Technician

Responsibilities

• Support Apple and Windows devices across the enterprise using Jira Service Desk
• Manage Zoom Communication services including Zoom Phone, Rooms, and presentation AV services
• Provide mobile support for iPhones and tablets
• Execute hardware refreshes and system imaging for Windows configurations
• Perform mass deployments, updates, and security patching using scripting
• Document key application functions, admin processes, and end-user FAQs
• Resolve incoming support tickets within established SLA "Mean Time to Resolve" (MTTR) targets
• Partner with business functions and technical teams to resolve complex issues and document operating procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Proficiency in both macOS and Windows environments
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Active Directory
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and the ITIL framework
• Ability to create effective technical documentation and system operating procedures
• Experience with system imaging and scripting for automation
• Knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MDM tools such as Mosyle, Mas360, JAMF, or Intune
• Experience with Slack, One Login, or Trend Micro
• Working knowledge of virtualization and VMWare
• System administration experience in Linux or Microsoft environments
• Audio/Video skills including projection, recording, and editing
