Responsibilities

• Provide user support (Level 1 and 2) including problem qualification and escalation
• Deploy and install hardware such as mobile terminals, switches, Wi-Fi access points, servers, and printers
• Manage the lifecycle of returned terminals and perform refurbishments
• Deploy applications and software updates across Windows, iOS, ChromeOS, and Android
• Manage user accounts throughout their entire lifecycle (creation, modification, archiving, and deletion)
• Assist in writing user guides and documentation
• Participate in the implementation and enforcement of Information Security Policies

Requirements

• Enrolled in a vocational training program (BTS, BUT, or Bac Pro) in Information Systems, Support, or Networking
• Proficiency in French and at least written English
• General knowledge of corporate Information Systems
• Basic understanding of information security and network protocols
• User-level knowledge of Windows, iOS, and Android environments
• Rigor, technical curiosity, and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an IT support technician
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Knowledge of identity management systems
