Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve IT problems for users
• Manage and maintain tickets within the provided ticketing system
• Set up workstations
• Install and configure end-user devices
• Perform software installation and configuration
• Execute software rollouts and updates
• Collaborate closely with product management, product development, and other departments
• Create reports

Requirements

• Solid IT training and proven professional experience in IT support or a related field
• Strong technical and organizational understanding
• Service-oriented and creative personality
• Ability to communicate ideas and solutions effectively to customers and colleagues
• Multitasking skills and ability to adapt priorities to customer needs
• Ability to work in a multinational team and handle cultural differences sensitively
• Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Must provide a criminal record certificate (not older than three months)
