IT Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage service desk activities and provide assistance for IT issues reported by users
• Interface with vendors for technical resolution and service restoration in compliance with SLAs
• Maintain updated user lists and perform monthly cross-checks of active employees against user accounts
• Conduct monthly security and compliance checks defined by management
• Install and configure IT assets in collaboration with the ICT team
• Offer technical assistance to clients or groups as needed

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or high school diploma with relevant IT experience
• Understanding of Microsoft Windows environment, Active Directory, and related services
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
• Good written and spoken English for international collaboration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
