IT Technician

Responsibilities

• Respond to office support requests for employees in Paris in collaboration with the Nantes team
• Ensure maintenance and deployment of equipment used by employees
• Provide remote or physical support to users
• Manage IT equipment stocks
• Ensure the proper functioning of the mobile fleet and Teams telephony
• Support the start of classes in case of technical issues
• Guarantee the proper functioning of the printing system
• Manage service providers for Audio Video technical missions

Requirements

• Experience in a similar IT support role
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365
• Knowledge of Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams with integrated telephony
• Knowledge of Active Directory and account management is ideal
• Experience with ITSM tools for asset and ticketing management (e.g., GLPI)
• Knowledge of networking, IP, VLAN, and SDWAN concepts
• Technical English is a plus
