About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to office support requests for employees in Paris in collaboration with the Nantes team
- Ensure maintenance and deployment of equipment used by employees
- Provide remote or physical support to users
- Manage IT equipment stocks
- Ensure the proper functioning of the mobile fleet and Teams telephony
- Support the start of classes in case of technical issues
- Guarantee the proper functioning of the printing system
- Manage service providers for Audio Video technical missions
Requirements
- Experience in a similar IT support role
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365
- Knowledge of Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams with integrated telephony
- Knowledge of Active Directory and account management is ideal
- Experience with ITSM tools for asset and ticketing management (e.g., GLPI)
- Knowledge of networking, IP, VLAN, and SDWAN concepts
- Technical English is a plus
