IT Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver single to multi-day technical training experiences in-person or virtually using presentations, discussions, labs, and simulations
• Conduct workforce training needs analysis to support datacenter operations
• Build awareness of the latest cloud features, technologies, and processes to ensure high-quality learning delivery
• Use digitally enhanced instructor-led resources to prepare IT technicians for local qualifications
• Apply classroom management techniques to engage learners and ensure alignment with operational goals
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to the broader Learning Team to ensure curriculum relevance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in training, education, IT, cloud systems, or datacenter environments
• Or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Datacenter & IT Operations
• CompTIA CTT+ or equivalent technical training certification (or ability to complete within 6 months of hire)
• Current industry framework certification (ITIL, Prince, Lean Six Sigma) or technical certification (CCNA, MCSE, NET+)
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills for engaging with organizational leaders
