About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for solutions including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Azure, and Web-Email Hosting (cPanel & Plesk).
- Manage domain name registrations, Cloud & VPS hosting, and ThinkEmailer.com.
- Handle deployment, setup, and training for various company solutions.
- Support office systems, operations, firewalls, and CCTV handling.
- Respond to client support requests via phone, email, and the internal ticketing system.
Requirements
- Ability to handle support requests from clients via phone and email.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and networking.
- Knowledge of web hosting and DNS management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be currently living or working in Mumbai.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure with high attention to detail.
- A motivated self-starter with a passion for technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or Freshworks.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced IT services environment.
