IT Technical Lead – Planning

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions to support supply chain planning.
• Drive solutioning discussions and design decisions in collaboration with Enterprise IT Architecture and business stakeholders.
• Configure and enhance Kinaxis functionality, including custom worksheets, alerts, dashboards, scorecards, and data models.
• Develop integration frameworks between Kinaxis and enterprise systems such as Oracle, CRM, SCM, WMS, and Tableau.
• Manage the implementation of Kinaxis modules to enable seamless data integration, scenario modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends.
• Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities to ensure system performance and data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Information Systems, specifically within ERP supply chain planning and software development.
• 5+ years of experience as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or in a similar architectural role.
• 3+ years of technical configuration experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar SaaS applications.
• Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning functions, including Demand, Supply, Production, and Inventory Planning.
• Proven experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle or JD Edwards (JDE).
• Strong understanding of integrating supply chain applications with complex enterprise ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ITSM processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Knowledge of lean product principles and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience driving multicultural virtual teams across various time zones.
