IT Technical Analyst - PBI

Responsibilities

• Develop business-required Power BI dashboards, including summary, yearly, monthly, and daily trend/comparison dashboards
• Design user-friendly dashboard layouts based on specific business needs
• Optimize Power BI performance by cleaning up unnecessary data to ensure stable and correct data display
• Handle ad-hoc development requirements as requested by business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions without a dedicated Business Analyst

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Senior Power BI Developer
• Deep expertise in Power BI data modeling and performance optimization
• Native Chinese fluency
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing); good oral English is a plus
• Strong business understanding and communication skills to manage requirements independently
• Ability to work onsite in Dalian (DL Tengfei office) following JCI working hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in finance domain reporting and dashboard development
