About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the business relationship and application portfolio for Legal and Travel & Expense (T&E) systems.
- Support operational activities including user access, interfaces, batch jobs, and change management.
- Ensure application operations and integrations comply with SOX, ITGC, and audit requirements.
- Manage third-party vendors, including issue resolution, contract oversight, and license renewals.
- Lead demand intake, prioritization, and backlog management for multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Plan and execute testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing.
- Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for expense and legal platforms, performing root cause analysis.
- Monitor application health and data feeds, including integrations with ERP and HR master data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, application management, or service delivery.
- Strong understanding of SOX, IT General Controls (ITGC), and audit requirements.
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Scripting skills in SQL, Linux, or Windows.
- Knowledge of interfaces such as API and SFTP.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Legal applications (e.g., CounselLink, e-Discovery) or Expense Reporting solutions (e.g., Navan).
- Familiarity with SAP/QAD ERP and integrations to ERP or HR master data feeds.
