About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead daily IT operations, including task delegation, shift coverage, and workflow optimization in a 24/7 environment.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster a proactive and collaborative work environment.
- Supervise troubleshooting and incident response for hardware, network, and system issues to meet SLA targets.
- Oversee the health and performance of streaming equipment, encoders, and network devices across multiple studios.
- Monitor and maintain the stability of network and server infrastructure while ensuring adherence to InfoSec policies.
- Supervise equipment audits, procurement follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with Development, AV, and Security teams on new deployments and infrastructure scaling initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration.
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration and AD management.
- Solid understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure, VLANs, and routing/switching principles.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Ability to work flexible, rotating shifts within a 24/7 operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundations, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft/AWS equivalents.
- Experience working within streaming, broadcast, or multimedia production environments.
- Familiarity with Jira, SNMP monitoring tools, and ITIL-based workflows.
