IT Team Lead - E-commerce Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 2 Platform Engineers (DevOps)
• Prioritize tasks, organize team activities, and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Design, provide, and maintain development and production environments
• Improve platform observability through monitoring, alerting, logs, and dashboards
• Automate and continuously improve build, test, deployment, and operational processes
• Ensure platform resilience and scalability, including CDN and cache management
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure costs (FinOps)
• Collaborate with Development, Architecture, QA, Security, and Product teams
• Manage technical relationships with external partner companies

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in DevOps and Platform Engineering (automation, CI/CD, GitOps)
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, web technologies, and CDN configuration
• Proficiency in English (B2 level required, C1 preferred)
• Ability to manage external technical partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant experience in security (DevSecOps, compliance, or audits)
• Solid understanding of FinOps and infrastructure cost optimization
• Experience with incident management and bot protection
