IT Systems Student

Responsibilities

• Support the IT/Systems team within the plant environment
• Provide technical support and assistance to users
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and corporate policies
• Collaborate on technical documentation and the use of support tools
• Assist with the configuration and setup of IT equipment

Requirements

• Final-semester student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong interest in developing skills in networks, servers, and security

Preferred Qualifications

• Conversational or technical English proficiency
• Knowledge of Office 365
• Previous experience or interest in technical support
