Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain a Ubiquiti-based network environment
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco network equipment
• Manage and support secure environments within Microsoft GCC High
• Oversee identity, access, and infrastructure within Microsoft Azure
• Provide administration and support for Zoom, Slack, Notion, and Microsoft Teams
• Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user technical support
• Manage IT asset procurement, inventory, and lifecycle
• Develop scalable IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
• Design foundational processes for a future service desk function

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a startup environment
• Proven experience administering Ubiquiti network infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment
• Experience working within Microsoft GCC High environments
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Experience administering Zoom, Slack, Notion, and Microsoft Teams
• Experience managing IT equipment procurement and asset inventory
• Experience creating technical documentation and operational processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a help desk function from the ground up
• Experience with ITSM or ticketing platforms like Atlassian Jira
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, CMMC, or FedRAMP
• Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell or Bash
• Experience with endpoint management and security tools
