IT Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT escalation point for internal infrastructure and fleet management
• Own PC fleet management including provisioning, imaging, and Ansible-based configuration
• Troubleshoot GPU driver issues and kernel updates to prevent production downtime
• Support government enclave maintenance and compliance logging
• Manage IT intake processes and ticketing workflows

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of IT systems administration or infrastructure experience
• Strong working knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu preferred)
• Proficiency in networking fundamentals and configuration management tools like Ansible

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MDM/RMM tools (NinjaOne, JAMF, Kandji)
• Exposure to AWS (EC2, IAM, storage)
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like CMMC, NIST 800-171, or ITAR
