Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain IT systems and infrastructure including MDM, endpoint security, and cloud services
• Uphold and improve security through MFA enforcement, endpoint hardening, and access reviews
• Lead automation and scripting efforts to eliminate repetitive manual tasks
• Proactively contribute to IT projects such as cloud migration, DLP implementation, and EDR rollout
• Manage the device and access lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding execution
• Provide end-user support as a secondary function to resolve technical issues
• Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation

Requirements

• Practical experience with MDM platforms like Microsoft Intune across Windows and macOS
• Hands-on proficiency with endpoint security tools (EDR, DLP, patch management)
• Solid knowledge of identity and access management (MFA, provisioning)
• Strong grasp of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and SaaS stacks (Box, Atlassian)
• Scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Python, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure
• Understanding of GDPR as it applies to IT operations in Germany
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• German language skills
• Experience in a rapidly growing startup or scale-up environment
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned change and incident management practices
• Experience with DLP, EDR rollout, or MDM consolidation projects
