IT Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve team, organizational, and business automation and integration problems
• Design, build, and own efficient automations for identity & access management, endpoint management, security, and compliance
• Execute high-impact cross-organizational projects with an emphasis on infrastructure-as-code
• Govern and promote automation and AI adoption to eliminate friction and toil
• Drive IT incident response in coordination with InfoSec and engineering teams
• Integrate and utilize AI tooling and automated no-code infrastructure via tools like Tines and Workato

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Perl)
• Experience building and operating systems in the cloud (AWS, Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, Intune)
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven approach
• Passion for systems and automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with iPaaS platforms
• Experience with enterprise email deliverability
• Experience building integrations between billing and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
