About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation across onboarding, endpoint management, SaaS administration, and internal workflows
  • Build integrations and orchestrations across platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Entra ID, and MDM systems
  • Leverage APIs, scripting, and AI-assisted tooling to reduce manual operational work and drive productivity
  • Administer endpoint management platforms across macOS and Windows environments
  • Manage core enterprise SaaS platforms, identity systems, and RBAC models
  • Partner with Security leadership to maintain endpoint posture, vulnerability remediation, and secure-by-default configurations
  • Support compliance initiatives across frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and operationalize AI-enabled workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, Systems Administration, or IT Operations within a cloud-first organization
  • Strong experience in endpoint management, SaaS operations, and identity and access management (IAM)
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing automation that reduces manual operational work
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Entra ID/SSO, and MDM solutions
  • Proficiency with workflow automation, orchestration, scripting, or APIs (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, REST APIs, or tools like Zapier/Workato)
  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted tooling to improve operational efficiency or documentation
  • Familiarity with modern security and compliance tooling (EDR, vulnerability management, conditional access)
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills in a distributed workforce environment
