IT Systems and Endpoint Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments, including patch management, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Manage Active Directory and hybrid identity environments integrated with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Oversee endpoint engineering for Windows and macOS using Intune (MDM/MAM), Group Policy, and RMM tools.
• Support VMware virtualization environments, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Maintain backup and recovery platforms and conduct regular recovery testing.
• Implement and harden systems and endpoints in accordance with corporate security standards and vulnerability remediation policies.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical escalation support for Service Desk issues and Microsoft 365 services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration and endpoint management.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and endpoint environments.
• Proficiency with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and managing Windows/macOS endpoints.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments integrating on-premises infrastructure with AWS.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust security models and Conditional Access policies.
• Ability to automate administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools.
• Experience with enterprise backup platforms such as Rubrik.
• Familiarity with EDR/XDR endpoint security platforms and ITIL-based service management.
