IT Systems & AI Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and systems issues.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, business applications, user accounts, and IT assets.
• Develop, implement, and document structured IT processes, policies, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimization and workflow automation.
• Evaluate, implement, and support AI-powered tools and automation solutions to enhance productivity.
• Build and maintain automations using low-code/no-code platforms and basic scripting.
• Support IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor emerging technologies and AI developments to recommend practical business applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud applications, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, or Make.
• Exposure to AI tools and basic scripting/coding (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL).
• Experience implementing AI solutions within a business environment.
• Previous experience working within professional services, consulting, or corporate environments.
