IT Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, and ensure the reliable operation of computer systems
• Design, deploy, and maintain technical solutions to business problems
• Monitor and resolve hardware and software errors through diagnostics and prioritization
• Perform upgrades to server hardware, operating systems, and software
• Implement processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and regular backups
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts for workstations and applications
• Coordinate with IT personnel across multiple sites and external providers

Requirements

• 3–5 years of IT systems administration experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies (Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and PowerShell)
• Required experience supporting CAD and Engineering software (SolidWorks, Catia, NX, or MATLAB)
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting
• Ability to work 100% onsite rotating between Denver, CO area locations
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud platforms (VMware, AWS, Azure)
• Exposure to scripting or programming (Python, Bash, C#, JavaScript, SQL, KQL)
• Familiarity with Linux and MacOS environments
• Experience supporting ERP or Manufacturing Execution Systems
