IT Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Automate repetitive IT workflows using scripting and integrations
• Administer and integrate core SaaS applications including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian
• Configure and maintain secure authentication, provisioning, and lifecycle management using SSO, SAML, SCIM, and OIDC
• Establish and evolve IT standards, documentation, and operational best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across endpoints, SaaS applications, and identity systems
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new tools and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

Requirements

• 4+ years of systems administration experience in a mixed Mac and Windows environment
• Strong experience administering Google Workspace and Okta
• Experience with Python or another scripting language used for automation
• Deep understanding of identity and access management (SAML, SCIM, OIDC)
• Working knowledge of DNS, email infrastructure, and email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Experience supporting security and compliance initiatives such as SOC 2 and SOX audits
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience administering Atlassian products
• Experience with email platform migrations
• Experience with additional identity providers or enterprise SaaS platforms
