IT Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond quickly to incoming IT support requests
• Maintain computer systems, including PCs, printers, servers, and related peripherals
• Manage user PC upgrades, configurations, and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses
• Ensure reliable and secure operations across the organization's IT infrastructure

Requirements

• 3-5 years of system administration and/or helpdesk experience
• Working knowledge of computer systems, PC repair, and network management
• Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile devices
• Understanding of information security principles for systems and user devices
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and stakeholders
• Alignment with the church's statement of faith and biblical standards of conduct
