IT Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and remote connectivity
• Deploy and maintain IT systems across office and farm operations
• Configure and support IP cameras and monitoring systems
• Perform system backups and assist with disaster recovery operations
• Maintain accurate IT inventory and system documentation
• Participate in limited scheduled after-hours/on-call support

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
• Bilingual in English & Spanish required
• Experience supporting Windows environments and business applications
• Knowledge of networking concepts including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and access points
• Ability to work early shift schedules reliably
• Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools
• Familiarity with UniFi systems
• Experience with IP cameras and physical security systems
• Experience using TeamViewer, Dameware, or RDP
• CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications
