IT System Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, analysis, coordination, and resolution of various production issues within the SRA system.
• Partner with Business Partners to gather requirements and map them to effective SRA solutions.
• Configure SRA software to meet specific business needs and resolve operational issues.
• Develop technical expertise in code analysis, low-code development, security, and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with developers to design, code, and implement complex custom solutions.
• Deploy technical solutions to the production environment.
• Utilize Artificial Intelligence technology to solve business problems and complement existing SRA functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Proven experience in application operations support or project implementation specifically with Solarc Right Angle (SRA).
• Experience working with oil as a commodity.
• Strong programming knowledge, with a preference for Java.
• Solid foundation in ITSM and Agile processes and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi-cultural team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL certification.
• Experience working with and deploying AI solutions.
