About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd level technical support for IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user environments
- Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and endpoint management tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Windows systems, servers, networks, and business applications
Requirements
- Experience as a System Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Intune, SCCM, VMware, or Hyper-V
- Experience supporting manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments
- Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL certifications
