About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd level technical support for IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user environments
- Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and endpoint management tools
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects including system upgrades and migrations
Requirements
- Experience as a System Engineer or IT Infrastructure Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Fluent English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Intune, SCCM, or VMware
- Knowledge of IT/OT environments or regulated industries
- Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL certifications
