About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide user support via the IT hotline
- Participate in the deployment of software and hardware
- Manage and monitor user access rights
- Support the network manager in maintaining information systems in operational condition
- Handle small continuous improvement projects for information systems
- Prepare IT equipment for new employees and subcontractors
Requirements
- 3rd-year student in a post-baccalaureate program specializing in network administration (e.g., post-BTS Systems and Network Administrator)
- Strong curiosity and a desire to learn
- Rigor and excellent organizational skills
- Service-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills
- Pragmatic approach with the ability to propose concrete solutions
