About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide user support via the IT hotline
  • Participate in the deployment of software and hardware
  • Manage and monitor user access rights
  • Support the network manager in maintaining information systems in operational condition
  • Handle small continuous improvement projects for information systems
  • Prepare IT equipment for new employees and subcontractors

Requirements

  • 3rd-year student in a post-baccalaureate program specializing in network administration (e.g., post-BTS Systems and Network Administrator)
  • Strong curiosity and a desire to learn
  • Rigor and excellent organizational skills
  • Service-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills
  • Pragmatic approach with the ability to propose concrete solutions
