About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve help desk tickets and manage the support ticket queue
- Support cross-functional IT projects and transformative IT changes
- Manage devices using Jamf Pro and NinjaOne
- Handle SaaS license management and user provisioning/de-provisioning
- Maintain hardware asset inventory
- Provide networking support and troubleshooting
- Execute in-office processes including shipping, receiving, and mail
- Support on-site event planning and execution
- Oversee administrative, maintenance, and hygiene duties in the Toronto HQ
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and security/access card administration
- Act as the day-to-day contact for property management partners
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience on an office team in a Mac-based environment
- Experience with device management and inventory management
- Experience providing desk-side support and managing ticket queues
- Excellent spreadsheet and administrative capabilities
- Familiarity with Generative AI
- Ability to move heavy furniture and operate ladders
