About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve help desk tickets and manage the support ticket queue
  • Support cross-functional IT projects and transformative IT changes
  • Manage devices using Jamf Pro and NinjaOne
  • Handle SaaS license management and user provisioning/de-provisioning
  • Maintain hardware asset inventory
  • Provide networking support and troubleshooting
  • Execute in-office processes including shipping, receiving, and mail
  • Support on-site event planning and execution
  • Oversee administrative, maintenance, and hygiene duties in the Toronto HQ
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and security/access card administration
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for property management partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience on an office team in a Mac-based environment
  • Experience with device management and inventory management
  • Experience providing desk-side support and managing ticket queues
  • Excellent spreadsheet and administrative capabilities
  • Familiarity with Generative AI
  • Ability to move heavy furniture and operate ladders
