About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle IT incidents and service requests according to defined processes and SLAs
- Reinstall and refresh computer clients and support standard IT platforms
- Assist with the setup and use of remote collaboration tools and systems
- Contribute ideas to improve the IT situation at the local site
- Participate in the implementation of global projects at the local site
- Provide basic technical training to individual users on-site
- Perform standard service activities under supervision
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing hands-on IT service support
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft products and Cisco collaboration tools
- Expertise in HP copiers, computers, and cabling works
- Proficiency in creating and following technical documentation in English
- Basic knowledge of factory IT equipment, including Zebra scanners and printers
- Strong Japanese communication skills
- Basic proficiency in business English (reading and writing)
