IT Support

Responsibilities

• Handle IT incidents and service requests according to defined processes and SLAs
• Reinstall and refresh computer clients and support standard IT platforms
• Assist with the setup and use of remote collaboration tools and systems
• Contribute ideas to improve the IT situation at the local site
• Participate in the implementation of global projects at the local site
• Provide basic technical training to individual users on-site
• Perform standard service activities under supervision

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience providing hands-on IT service support
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft products and Cisco collaboration tools
• Expertise in HP copiers, computers, and cabling works
• Proficiency in creating and following technical documentation in English
• Basic knowledge of factory IT equipment, including Zebra scanners and printers
• Strong Japanese communication skills
• Basic proficiency in business English (reading and writing)
