IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, phone, and remote support for end-user issues, workstation setup, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and VPN
• Support account, access, MFA, and device workflows using Entra ID, Intune, Okta, and Apple Business Manager
• Create and maintain clear Freshservice records for all support work and troubleshooting notes
• Assist with workstation deployments, hardware replacements, and application installs
• Maintain endpoint, inventory, warranty, and asset information

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of hands-on desktop, endpoint, help desk, or onsite IT support experience
• Strong Windows desktop support fundamentals and hardware troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Okta, and Freshservice
• Familiarity with Apple device support and Apple Business Manager
• Solid networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Costa Mesa each business day

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management
• Experience in a high-touch, client-facing onsite support environment
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals certifications
