Responsibilities
- Provide in-person, phone, and remote support for end-user issues, workstation setup, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and VPN
- Support account, access, MFA, and device workflows using Entra ID, Intune, Okta, and Apple Business Manager
- Create and maintain clear Freshservice records for all support work and troubleshooting notes
- Assist with workstation deployments, hardware replacements, and application installs
- Maintain endpoint, inventory, warranty, and asset information
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of hands-on desktop, endpoint, help desk, or onsite IT support experience
- Strong Windows desktop support fundamentals and hardware troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Okta, and Freshservice
- Familiarity with Apple device support and Apple Business Manager
- Solid networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Costa Mesa each business day
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management
- Experience in a high-touch, client-facing onsite support environment
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals certifications
