About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform setup of new hire user accounts and deactivations
- Provide end-user support onsite for remote employees
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain IT equipment including Mac, PC, Chromebook, and peripheral devices
- Record, update, and escalate requests using Asana
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of computer-driven manufacturing equipment
- Support manufacturing and remote departments as requested
Requirements
- Associate's degree in information systems or relevant IT certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, Google)
- 1-3 years of IT experience
- Strong understanding of computer support methodologies and troubleshooting
- Experience with VMWare, Mac OS, Chrome OS, Windows 10/11, Linux, and Windows Server
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wired/wireless networking
- Experience with Google Workspace and SaaS-based software
- Experience with computer-driven manufacturing equipment
