IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier support to employees
• Manage on-site inventory and the total lifecycle of IT assets
• Procure, configure, and deploy computer hardware and mobile cellular devices
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in person and remotely
• Configure and troubleshoot desktop, label, and large multifunction printers
• Provide network support including device connectivity and VLAN configuration
• Configure non-traditional network attached devices such as production and test machines
• Develop new workflows and solutions in collaboration with IT engineering groups
• Write instructional documentation for non-technical users

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of professional experience in enterprise IT environments
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral
• Willingness to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Mac iOS and Linux environments
• Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCSE
• Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
