IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1–2 technical support for macOS and Windows laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with core SaaS tools including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365
• Manage the full ticket lifecycle within the ITSM tool, ensuring timely triage and resolution
• Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, MDM enrollment, and secure data handling
• Maintain and support office A/V systems such as Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, and conference room hardware
• Manage endpoint security and asset inventory, ensuring devices meet compliance standards for encryption and patching
• Partner with Workplace and Engineering teams on office moves, hardware refreshes, and technical infrastructure improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate, startup, or managed services environment
• Strong troubleshooting expertise with macOS and Windows endpoints
• Proficiency managing core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, or Zoom)
• Solid understanding of networking basics, including Wi-Fi troubleshooting, TCP/IP, and VPNs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting hybrid office environments across multiple locations and time zones
• Prior experience working in a fast-growing tech company or high-volume IT support setting
• Hands-on experience with MDM/RMM tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune) and ITSM platforms (e.g., Jira Service Management)
• Experience managing A/V hardware and platforms like Logitech or Poly
