IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for macOS and Windows endpoints, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with core productivity tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, and VPN.
• Manage the full ticket lifecycle using ITSM tools (Jira or equivalent) to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, imaging, and secure data handling.
• Maintain and support office audio/video equipment for conference rooms across Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet.
• Manage device enrollment and compliance using MDM platforms like Jamf or Intune.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory for all company hardware and peripherals.
• Partner with IT Engineering and Security to implement best practices for identity management and endpoint security.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience in a fast-growing tech company or high-volume environment.
• Strong troubleshooting expertise across macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Jamf, Intune, or similar.
• Proficiency with identity management tools like Okta.
• Experience using ITSM tools such as Jira for ticket management.
• Hands-on experience supporting audio/video platforms (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms) and associated hardware.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-obsessed mindset.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 40 lbs.
