IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for macOS and Windows laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot core productivity tools including Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
• Manage the full ticket lifecycle within the ITSM system (Jira or equivalent) from triage to resolution.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, imaging, and secure data handling.
• Maintain and support office audio/video equipment for conference rooms (Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet).
• Manage endpoint security and asset inventory to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Partner with IT Engineering and Workplace teams on office moves, network setup, and hardware lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience in a fast-growing tech company or high-volume environment.
• Strong troubleshooting expertise across macOS and Windows endpoints.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Jamf or Intune.
• Proficiency with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools like Okta.
• Experience using ITSM tools such as Jira.
• Hands-on experience supporting audio/video platforms and hardware.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-obsessed mindset.
