About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1–2 technical support for macOS and Windows laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with core SaaS tools including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365
- Manage the full ticket lifecycle within the ITSM tool, ensuring timely triage and resolution
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, MDM enrollment, and secure data handling
- Maintain and support office A/V systems such as Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and conference hardware
- Manage endpoint security and asset inventory, ensuring devices meet compliance standards for encryption and patching
- Document troubleshooting steps and create content for internal knowledge bases
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate, startup, or managed services environment
- Strong troubleshooting expertise with macOS and Windows endpoints
- Proficiency with core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom)
- Foundational networking knowledge, including Wi-Fi troubleshooting and TCP/IP concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting hybrid office environments across multiple locations
- Prior experience working in a fast-growing technology company
- Proficiency with ITSM and MDM tools such as Jamf, Intune, or Jira Service Management
- Hands-on experience with A/V hardware from vendors like Logitech or Poly
