About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Helpdesk tier I-III support for employees
- Maintain computer hardware, software, telephone, and AV systems
- Develop and maintain formal helpdesk operating procedures
- Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade computer hardware and equipment
- Respond to critical outages and develop proactive solutions
- Provide remote support via video, voice, or chat
- Manage hardware repairs through outsourced vendor support
- Monitor and resolve trouble tickets in the IT Service Management tool
- Assist with employee onboarding and termination processes
- Provide onsite tech support for special events and remote offices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing Helpdesk tier I-III support
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow
- Technical knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Cloud Based Phone Systems
- Experience with enterprise mobility management and mobile device management
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and Apple software
- Ability to troubleshoot Audio Visual systems and video conferencing software (Teams, Zoom)
- Experience supporting enterprise email and/or data migrations
- Ability to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft or equivalent IT certifications
- Understanding of ITIL
- Experience administering and implementing SaaS solutions
