About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users to ensure operational continuity.
- Manage and resolve hardware and software incidents, including computers, printers, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues involving DSL, VPN, and wireless networks.
- Perform network and cabling testing to maintain infrastructure integrity.
- Handle OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for both servers and workstations.
- Utilize ticketing tools to document and manage user requests and incident resolution.
Requirements
- Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field (TSU, graduated, or in the process of obtaining degree).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing on-site IT support.
- Proficiency with Active Directory and ITIL frameworks.
- Experience with hardware/software support and email troubleshooting.
- Ability to commute to the work location in Industrial Minera Charcas, S.L.P.
- Immediate availability to start.
