About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to local users
  • Handle troubleshooting incidents escalated by the Helpdesk
  • Install hardware and configure software according to user needs
  • Ensure quality of on-site interventions and respect of SLAs
  • Manage video conferencing rooms and provide support
  • Maintain IT inventory and manage site spare parts
  • Monitor local infrastructure including office servers, print servers, LAN, and telephony
  • Coordinate with external service providers and manage warranty relations with after-sales services

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Autonomy and ability to work in a team
  • Rigorous and committed approach
  • Strong sense of service and customer relations
  • Effective communication skills with users
