About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to local users
- Handle troubleshooting incidents escalated by the Helpdesk
- Install hardware and configure software according to user needs
- Ensure quality of on-site interventions and respect of SLAs
- Manage video conferencing rooms and provide support
- Maintain IT inventory and manage site spare parts
- Monitor local infrastructure including office servers, print servers, LAN, and telephony
- Coordinate with external service providers and manage warranty relations with after-sales services
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience
- Autonomy and ability to work in a team
- Rigorous and committed approach
- Strong sense of service and customer relations
- Effective communication skills with users
